Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to your use of Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ (the "Service").
1. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service,
its infrastructure, or other users' accounts or devices.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application beyond what
is permitted by applicable law, or circumvent any technical protection measure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any
authentication or security measure, except under a written authorization from Dominus Energy Group LLC (for example, an approved security research/bug-bounty engagement).
- Use the Service to transmit malware, or to conduct denial-of-service or
similar attacks against Dominus Energy Group LLC's infrastructure or any third party.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with
any person or entity.
- Access or attempt to access the Executive Management Console™ or any
administrative function without proper authorization.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of
the officially published APIs and client applications.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties in a manner
not expressly permitted by your plan tier or a separate written agreement.
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage,
or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
2. Device and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of any device on which the Service is installed and for any activity conducted through your account, including activity by anyone you permit to use your device.
3. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this AUP, or security vulnerabilities, may be reported using the contacts in our Contact Information page.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any other remedy available to us at law or in equity.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version is always available in the Legal & Compliance Center™ in-app.
