Scope

This disclaimer applies to automated, algorithmic, and AI-assisted features of Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™, including but not limited to the AI Network Health Score™, Adaptive Connectivity Engine™, Intelligent Diagnostics™, and Real-Time Connection Monitoring™ (collectively, "Automated Insights Features"). It should be read together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

How Automated Insights Features Work

Automated Insights Features analyze network telemetry generated by your own device — such as signal quality indicators, connection type, latency, and throughput measurements — using software logic and statistical/ heuristic models running on your device or on our backend services. Based on that analysis, these features may:

• Display a network health score or rating.
• Prioritize network traffic or switch between available connections.
• Recommend actions (for example, suggesting you move to an area with

stronger signal, or enabling a specific setting).

• Surface diagnostic summaries intended to help you or, with your

permission, our support team understand a connectivity issue.

These Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

Output from Automated Insights Features is a best-effort estimate based on the data available to the Service at a given moment. It is:

• Not a guarantee of network performance, coverage, or reliability.

• **Not professional network engineering, medical, legal, or financial

advice**, and should not be relied upon as such.

• Subject to change as models, thresholds, and heuristics are

refined over time. A score or recommendation you see today may differ from one generated under similar conditions after an update.

• Dependent on data quality. If your device cannot collect complete

or accurate telemetry (for example, due to permissions you have not granted, or hardware limitations), the resulting insight may be less accurate.

No Automated Decision-Making With Legal or Similarly Significant Effects

Automated Insights Features are informational and configuration-assistive in nature. They do not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you (for example, they do not determine eligibility for services, pricing, or employment outcomes).

Human Review

Where an Automated Insights Feature is used to assist customer support (for example, an Intelligent Diagnostics™ summary shared with our support team with your permission), a person reviews the underlying issue before any support action is taken; the automated summary is a starting point, not a final determination.

Your Choices

Depending on the feature, you may be able to disable or limit certain Automated Insights Features in Settings™. Disabling a feature may reduce the Service's ability to provide related recommendations, but will not affect your ability to use the Service's core connectivity monitoring and management functions.

We may update this disclaimer as Automated Insights Features evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
