Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains, in plain terms, what Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ does and does not do. It is intended to prevent misunderstandings about the nature of the Service and should be read together with the Terms of Service and the AI & Automated Insights Disclaimer.

What Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ Does

Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ is a software application that monitors, measures, reports on, and helps you manage your device's use of the network connections already available to it (such as Wi-Fi and cellular data provided by your carrier). Features such as the Adaptive Connectivity Engine™, MeshLink™, Network Check™, and the AI Network Health Score™ work by observing connection conditions on your device and applying software-level prioritization, caching, retry logic, and reporting.

What Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ Does Not Do

To avoid any confusion about the nature or limits of the Service, we are explicit that Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ does not:

• **Boost, amplify, or otherwise increase the radio transmission power of

your device's cellular or Wi-Fi hardware.** The Service is software; it does not modify, override, or enhance the physical radio components of your device.

• Extend a wireless carrier's physical coverage area. The Service

cannot create signal where a carrier's network does not reach, and it cannot substitute for a carrier's infrastructure.

• Guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Network interruptions can be

caused by many factors outside our control, including carrier outages, physical obstructions, device hardware limitations, weather, and local network congestion. The Service is designed to help you manage and respond to such conditions, not to eliminate them.

• **Guarantee improved network performance for every user, device, or

location.** Results depend on your existing network conditions, device hardware, carrier, and environment, and will vary accordingly.

Any marketing, in-app, or support copy should be read consistent with these limits. If you encounter language anywhere in the Service that appears to contradict this Disclaimer, this Disclaimer controls, and we encourage you to contact us so we can correct it.

No Professional, Engineering, or Carrier Advice

Information, scores, and recommendations produced by the Service (including the AI Network Health Score™ and Intelligent Diagnostics™) are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional network engineering advice, and they are not issued by, endorsed by, or binding on your wireless carrier or internet service provider.

Third-Party Networks and Services

Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ operates on top of network infrastructure owned and operated by third parties (wireless carriers, internet service providers, Wi-Fi network operators, and platform providers such as Google and Apple). "As Is" Basis

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis as described more fully in Terms of Service §10 and EULA §8. This Disclaimer does not expand any warranty made elsewhere and should be read as a clarification, not a grant, of rights.

We may update this Disclaimer as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and, where required, communicated through the Service.
