Subscription Terms

Overview

Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ is offered under a tiered subscription model. This document describes the current tiers, what each includes, and how subscriptions work. It should be read together with the Billing & Payment Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Current Subscription Tiers

Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and is subject to change as described below. Business & Enterprise pricing is arranged directly with our team and may vary based on organization size and needs.

The Adaptive Connectivity Engine™ Is Free for Every Tier

The Adaptive Connectivity Engine™ is included at no additional cost on every subscription tier, including the Free tier. It is not an entitlement that requires a paid upgrade.

What Each Tier Includes

• Free — Core connectivity monitoring, Network Check™, and the

Adaptive Connectivity Engine™, at no cost.

• Basic Premium — Everything in Free, plus expanded diagnostics and

additional premium conveniences described on the Subscription page within the Service.

• Professional — Everything in Basic Premium, plus advanced features

such as TeamSync™ and deeper reporting, described on the Subscription page within the Service.

• Business & Enterprise — Custom entitlements arranged directly with

our team for organizations with larger or specialized needs.

Because feature entitlements may be refined as the Service develops, the in-app Subscription page is the authoritative, up-to-date source for exactly what is included in each tier at any given time; where this document and the in-app Subscription page differ, the in-app page controls.

Subscribing

You may subscribe to a paid tier through the billing mechanism made available within the Service (see Billing & Payment Policy). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Changing Tiers

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you gain access to the higher tier's entitlements right away.

Downgrades (including downgrading to the Free tier) take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain access to your current tier's entitlements through the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund amounts already paid except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Coming Premium Services

Features described as upcoming or "coming soon" within the Service (for example, SatelliteLink+™) are not currently included in any subscription tier and will not be billed until they are actually available and their tier placement has been announced.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms, including tier composition and pricing, as described in Billing & Payment Policy — Price Changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
