Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans Covered

This policy applies to paid Donnas-Bandwidth-Booster™ subscription tiers (Basic Premium, Professional, and Business & Enterprise), as described in Subscription Terms. The Free tier has no fees and is not subject to this policy. No live payment processor is currently integrated — Basic Premium, Professional, and Business & Enterprise exist as entitlement definitions but are not yet purchasable through a real payment flow. This policy describes the intended commercial terms for when billing is implemented; see also the Billing & Payment Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings™ → Account → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your account or data — see our Account Deletion Policy if you also want your account removed.

Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated at time of purchase, canceling a paid plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain your paid tier's features through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account reverts to the Free tier's entitlements.

Refunds

These are Dominus Energy Group LLC's intended refund terms, provided as guidance ahead of billing launch:

• New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial

purchase.

• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by

applicable consumer-protection law, or at Dominus Energy Group LLC's discretion.

• Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.

Platform-Specific Billing

Where a subscription is purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, that platform's own refund policy and process governs the transaction in addition to (and, where they conflict, ahead of) this policy — requests for platform-billed purchases should be directed to Google Play or Apple, not to Dominus Energy Group LLC directly.

Price Changes

We will provide advance notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers, consistent with applicable law.
