All Marks are currently used as common-law trademarks (™) of Dominus Energy Group LLC. Federal registration status, if and when pursued for any Mark, will be reflected here and denoted with ® once granted.

Use of Our Marks

You may not use the Marks, or any confusingly similar mark, without the prior written permission of Dominus Energy Group LLC, except:

• To accurately refer to the Application in a purely descriptive,

non-commercial, non-confusing manner (nominative fair use), such as in a review or news article.

• As expressly permitted in writing by Dominus Energy Group LLC.

You may not use the Marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist, or in any domain name, social media handle, or business name.

Third-Party Trademarks

Any third-party trademarks referenced in the Application or its documentation (for example, platform names like Android or iOS) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or functionality, with no implied sponsorship or endorsement.
