All documents listed below carry a status of Current Official Release (`status: "final"` in the manifest), reflecting completed legal review.

What Changed on August 4, 2026

• All documents in the Legal & Compliance Center™ moved to **Current

Official Release** status following completed legal review.

• Terms of Service §15 and

EULA §11 now specify Delaware as the governing law and venue for disputes.

• A small number of items remain open pending completion of ongoing

business and administrative processes rather than legal review — see "Open Items" below. Each is noted honestly in its own document rather than left as a generic placeholder.

What Changed on July 31, 2026

• Added ten new documents: Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, AI &

Automated Insights Disclaimer, Subscription Terms, Billing & Payment Policy, Security Statement, Incident Response & Security Notification Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Third-Party Services Disclosure, and this Version History page.

• Updated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, EULA, Refund & Cancellation

Policy, Security & Privacy Overview, Trademark Notice, and Contact Information for app-specific accuracy and cross-links to the new documents, and to reflect the current four-tier subscription structure (Free, Basic Premium, Professional, Business & Enterprise).

Open Items

Legal review is complete, but a few narrow items are still pending completion of business or infrastructure processes unrelated to legal review itself:

• International data hosting regions — see

Privacy Policy §10; pending finalization of production hosting infrastructure.

• Backup automation status — see

Data Retention Policy; the Executive Management Console™ accurately reports this as "Not Configured" until implemented.

• Export-compliance classification — see EULA §10;

pending completion of the applicable classification process.

• Trademark federal registration status — see

Trademark Notice; all marks are currently used as common-law (™) marks pending any future registration decision.

These items will be updated here as each is resolved.

Not Currently Included

The following categories of document were evaluated and are not currently included because they do not apply to the Service as it exists today:

• Community Guidelines — the Service has no public user-to-user

communication feature; TeamSync™ is a private, session-scoped collaboration feature, not a public community space.

• DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy — the Service has no

user-generated content upload or hosting feature that could give rise to third-party infringement claims.

• Affiliate Disclosure — Dominus Energy Group LLC does not currently

operate an affiliate or referral revenue program.

• Export Control Notice — the Service is not currently distributed

internationally in a manner that requires a dedicated export control notice beyond the export-compliance clause already in the EULA.
